A little about me....

I am....
Someone who always tries to be optimistic (at least outwardly, my inward thoughts might be less optimistic).
A teacher of elementary students (I am not a regular classroom teacher though and up to this year I taught at the middle school level).
A person who loves adventure (the sort of adventure that I can say that I have done something, not the the sort of adventure where I might die).
A person who thinks way more than he should (sometimes I get carried away in my thoughts and ignore the benefits of what is really happening).
Someone who never gives up (I use to think this was a great attribute to have, it is and I wouldn't want to change it, but I have discovered that sometimes it is best to give up and walk away with what you have).
A single 33 year old man who doesn't date a lot (sometimes I wonder if people think I am gay, I am certainly not gay, just somewhat shy and unwilling to date someone who doesn't fit what I want in a wife).
A good friend to many (I often forget how fortunate I am to have a pretty wide social circle, sure I have nights home alone {which I secretly enjoy}, but I have plenty of opportunities to go out and enjoy the world with friends, something I have discovered that not all people have).
Someone who believes that almost all things in life work out (they may not work out the way we expect them to but somehow in the end people are happy).
Someone who looks ahead with WONDER...
